Merrick Bank is the credit card of choice for myself, although I do have other cards Merrick is way easier for me to make payments and check on my outstanding balance. I have also received an increase in my credit, which I find very helpful. I make my payments whenever I want or need to, I don't have to worry about a "Runaround" like I get with my other credit card. I am very pleased and happy with Merrick Bank, both with the credit card and the services I received. This bank gave me the opportunity to build my credit, to help out in my daily life, they took a chance on me when no one else would. You guys are great. I went to a donut place and was overcharged and my donuts were horrible and after many attempts at trying to get my money refunded from the store and being hung up on by the manager I was frustrated and thought I was gonna take a loss but thanks to your helpful customer service my money was credited back quickly to my account. I will not only continue to keep my card with you but I will recommend you to friends and family.

In my experience with Merrick Bank during the time that I have been a customer I've gotten nothing but great service. The way I've handled my business has continually been rewarded and I'm very satisfied. I've not had any type of problem that I can think of.. All I can really say is that it's a great card to have in your wallet. My husband also enjoys the benefits of his. I'm not sure what else I can say except thanks for the opportunity you have given us both.

Been over two month since account has been closed. Said check being mailed out. It will take 30 days then I call to check after 30 days and now they telling me different mail out date and another 30 days to receive a small $200 check. Stayed on hold with customer service over a hour just to be hung up on. This is the worst service I have ever received. Supervisor can’t even recall my past calls that were supposedly recorded as well to recall the facts. I’m at lost for words at this point and I will be filing a complaint with the higher ups and will be leaving other reviews about this establishment you call a bank! Ridiculous.

I placed an order online on June 7 24 for a WEN Brad nailer, Brad nails and wood glue. The glue and nails were delivered the next morning. I called customer service to see why the nail gun did not show up. She told me it was coming from the factory and she called them to see when it would be delivered. The nail gun came 6 days later from the factory. Thank you.

I'm am extremely please with Merrick. I have other accounts. But by far this one is the best. And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to open a new account. Customer service is on point. And you don't have to ask for a credit increase if your payments have all been on par.

I have had this card for a while now and have no complaints on this card. I like the application it uses. The App is easy to use and you can pay from the app too. I also like how you can view your credit score from the app. I highly recommend this card to anyone that needs a good credit card.

Punctuality & Speed

I've asked to have my due date changed. Didn't happen so had late fees. So I mailed the 71.00 that was posted to my account. But I also mailed a 35.00 payment and has not posted. Mailed them same day. Where is the 35.00?? Not happy at all!!!! I should never of had late fees if the due date would of been changed like I asked. I also would like to know where the other 35.00 payment disappeared to????
